Frank Allton — Senior Associate

ATRS is pleased to present Mr Frank Allton as a Senior Associate specialising in OH&S compliance auditing, safety investigation, and project management. 

 

Frank Allton also has wide ranging experience and expertise in contract management, quality assurance, management process mapping, analysis and re-engineering.  Frank has held numerous executive and senior management positions in the engineering, production and manufacturing industries.

 

Major projects successfully completed in Australia and South East Asia include the implementation of an OH&S system for a national multi-site manufacturing organisation, the implementation of the ISO/TS 16949 Quality Assurance System for an Australian Tier 1 motor vehicle manufacturing plant, and the management and implementation of new software packages (Scala ERP System) inclusive of the process mapping, re-engineering and training of all staff for a major company based in Malaysia.

 

Frank is also experienced and competent in the key function of materials & production management, having excelled in a range of Materials, Production and Purchasing Manager roles for a wide range of engineering and manufacturing organisations.

 

Frank’s formal qualifications include OH&S Certificate in AS/ANZ 4801/2001, Internal Auditor Certificate in ISO/TS 16949 Quality Systems, Accident Investigation Certificate (BHCC Ltd UK), Technological Certificate – Engineering, Purchasing & Supply Management Certificate (NSW, TAFE), and a Certificate of Production & Inventory Management (APICS, NSW)
