Rocky Condello — Senior Associate |

ATRS is pleased to introduce Rocky Condello as a senior associate consultant specialising in rail industry rolling stock maintenance management and all aspects of rail safety risk management.
Rocky has many years rail industry specialist experience from a technical trades and engineering background through to senior operations, maintenance, workshop, customer, and safety management positions.
Prior to commencing his own rail transport consulting business in 2006, Rocky held a range of senior management positions including State Manager NSW Operations, and National Manager Operational Safety & Performance for the National Rail Corporation, and Asset Manager, Wagon Maintenance Manager, and Operations & Safety Development Manager for Pacific National. Rocky also held many positions within the previous State Rail Authority of NSW.
A key element of Rocky’s experience base has been the safety management role of accident investigator and site recovery manager for a number of major rail incidents Australia wide.
Rocky’s technical competencies and experience encompass elements such as rolling stock maintenance management of locomotives, electric multiple units, passenger cars and freight wagons, the management and development of rolling stock standards and procedures, and the management and development of rail operating and safety procedures.
Rocky holds a range of qualifications and competencies in management studies including service delivery, industrial relations, change management and managing competitive strategy gained through the University of Technology Sydney, and the AGSM University of NSW.
Throughout his career, Rocky has achieved many other rail industry qualifications such as maintenance management, project management, major incident management, and accident investigation. Rocky also holds many technical competencies including an electrical trade certificate.
Rocky joined ATRS in 2009 as a senior associate and is available to assist client needs in strategic operations, safety and rolling stock maintenance management, and in providing hands-on practical solutions to every day logistics chain challenges. |
