Brett Doak — Senior Associate

As the Principal Director of his own consultancy company specialising in rail transport operations and administration, Brett joined the ATRS team as a Senior Consultant in 2008.

 

Brett is a highly experienced rail safety and operations specialist with over 32 years experience in the NSW rail transportation industry from front line operational and safeworking positions, through to senior management positions in State Rail, Rail Infrastructure Corporation, and RailCorp.

 

In addition to Brett’s very strong project management skills, he is available to assist client needs in the specialist areas of rail operations, safeworking and network rules, emergency planning and business disruption management, train and infrastructure planning, network access advice, and rail safety accreditation.

 

Brett is based in Sydney, however has worked extensively in Victoria and other Australian States.  He is committed to working closely and effectively with clients to assist them in achieving project goals and in finding value adding solutions to all project tasks.

 

Brett holds a range of formal qualifications including an Advanced Management Certificate and a Business Management Certificate from the Australian Institute of Management in Sydney.  Brett is also a Graduate of the University of Technology, Sydney, in the Senior Management Development Program conducted for the State Rail Authority of NSW.
