Anthony Pospisil — Senior Associate

ATRS is pleased to present Anthony Pospisil to prospective clients as the company specialist consultant in the key areas of Australian environmental legislation, regulations, compliance, and environmental sustainability.

 

Anthony is a highly experienced environmental risk and compliance manager within the Australian rail industry having managed environmental compliance for the Victorian based Freight Australia organisation, Pacific National, and more recently the Asciano organisation.

 

Anthony is experienced and highly competent in providing environmental strategic advice and in assisting any organisation in managing its environmental legislative compliance obligations.  In addition to the practical development and application of organisational and site specific environmental management plans, Anthony has a proven track record of successfully managing the critical “on-the-ground” interface with all environmental regulators. 

 

Anthony is also a well respected and experienced investigator of environmental incidents including the development and management of environmental remediation action plans.  Anthony also has experience and expertise in advising or managing organisational environmental sustainability initiatives and Government reporting within programs such as the Commonwealth Government Green House Challenge Plus Program.

 

Anthony joined the ATRS Group in August 2008, and is a valued member of the team.
