Dianna Taylor — Senior Associate

Dianna Taylor has a rich and multi-faceted risk management, occupational health, rail safety, standards accreditation, stakeholder consultation, rail project management, auditing, performance management and education and training background.  Dianna has had over 40 years’ successful experience as an executive and senior manager and consultant in rail transport, environment & heritage, healthcare and education industries and is highly regarded for her ability to gain sustainable change and high levels of staff commitment to change and safe working practices.

 

Having been the MD of her own consulting and training company for over 18 years, and working in a wide range of businesses and organizations Dianna has a deep appreciation of the challenges facing leaders and managers in highly regulated industries. Prior to this Dianna was a highly regarded School Principal and Superintendent, committed to improving educational outcomes for children.

 

Dianna’s formal qualifications are significant and wide ranging and include a PhD in Legislated Standards Design and Auditing, a Master of Education, Graduate Diploma of Human Resource Management (Human Performance), Bachelor of Education, Bachelor of Arts, Diploma of Teaching, Diploma of OH&S Management, Certificate IV in Quality Management and Self-Assessment, Certificates in Environmental and Quality Management Systems Auditing and a Certificate in Aged Care Standards Accreditation Assessment.  Dianna has also completed units for an MBA (Executive) Degree at RMIT.
